"Nine tenths of wisdom consists in being wise in the time", said the 26th president of the United States. If we consider time as a friend with whom we stay all the while, we can learn various stupendous lessons and consistently transform ourselves as it changes every day.

Every day in the morning, the air is fresh, the birds are chirping, the sun is rising and the bells are ringing in the temples. We can observe that the time is in a good mood. We can also benefit from aligning ourselves with the mood of our friend. We should perform activities which involve the ride within our body. Yoga, writing, meditation, reflection, to name a few, should be practiced in the morning since there is a positive aura all around. This forms a strong foundation for our internal self. We then need to have a good breakfast to start our day to deal with externals.

               As the day progresses, the heat grows, birds start making their nests, people start moving towards their professional places. The time is of creation, and we can tune ourselves with time and work for the goal of our life. This is the best time to learn new things and apply our knowledge in practice. Naturally, we need a good diet at this time. Before the sun sets, we can also recharge our energies with exercise.

               As the sun starts setting, our friend starts to become lazy. The things that started throughout the day are now wrapped up, the creatures start going to sleep. Generally, this is considered as the time of relaxation. We may also dive deeper into the science of relaxation to understand that it prepares us for the next day to come. The night time should be taken sincerely as what we do in the night, forms the basis of the quality of our sleep and in-turn affects our next day. Reading story and philosophical books help to achieve a night of quality sleep. It is recommended to avoid eating food, or taking minimal diet, as our stomach is also naturally wrapping up its activities like our friend. We need not sleep for six hours or eight hours in the night, what we need is a quality sleep which helps us achieve a happy morning on the next day.
